Institute Recovery Group

The goal of the Institute Recovery Group is to create a space after the Saturday institutes for people who had a difficult time in their group to recover, process, and integrate their experience. This will be done by creating a support group atmosphere, leaning heavily on active subgrouping, affirmative sharing of experience, and somatic approaches to managing anxiety and fear.
